Return Policy - Product exchange and return
Withdrawal from the distance purchase contract
Each customer has the right to withdraw from a distance purchase contract within 14 calendar days of receipt of the product. This means that if for any reason you are not satisfied with the product you have purchased, you have the option to return it.

Return Terms
To return a product, you must meet several conditions:
The product must be returned intact and with all original tags and labels.
Products covered by specific promotional campaigns and products made to special order are not subject to returns.
The products must not be damaged or soiled during careless unpacking or trying on.
If the Customer returns part of the products from the order, the value of which exceeded PLN 150 and free shipping was granted, and after granting a partial refund, the value of the order will be lower than the contractual PLN 150, the seller has the right to additionally charge the Buyer with the cost of shipping. In this case, a refund will be made for the returned products, less the cost of shipping.

1x hat PLN 69
1x hat PLN 49
1x Keychain PLN 35
Order value: PLN 153
Shipping cost: FREE!
Then the Customer decides to return the Keychain product
The Keychain item is removed from the order, changing the value of the order: PLN 153 - PLN 35 = PLN 118
In this case, the Buyer will not receive a PLN 35 refund for the keychain item, only PLN 35 - the cost of the default delivery method - PLN 19.99 in Poland (or country-specific shipping cost)
The return value in this case will be: PLN 15.01

The customer is responsible for the cost of returning the product. Before making a return, we recommend that you contact our customer service team for information on the return procedure and the possibility of refunding shipping costs.
