Delivery and Returns
Your pack shipment
We offer domestic shipping via GLS courier, InPost courier, and to a parcel locker, and in the case of shipments within the EU, only GLS.
If you want the parcel to be sent to a parcel locker, please enter the address and name of the destination parcel locker in the order notes.
The shipping costs depend on the size of the order and are priced on this basis.
When ordering 1 pc. hats in Poland, an example cost is:
GLS - PLN 16.50
InPost courier - PLN 19.99
InPost Parcel Lockers - PLN 16.99

When ordering 1 pc. caps with shipping to Germany*, an example cost is:
GLS - PLN 75
(Delivery time: approx. 2 working days)
*These prices are given as of 01/07/2023, they may change depending on the conditions offered by the supplier.
The amounts quoted include the price of basic packaging and handling of the order, including tax.
In the case of placing a larger order, the shipping cost may differ from the above example.
We recommend grouping orders, then we can be sure that the products will be sent together.
In the event of unavailability of individual products from the order, you will be informed about it, and we will present the available methods of order fulfillment.
The delivery time of your shipment should not exceed the time indicated above - counting from the date of posting. In exceptional circumstances, such as high shipping season, shipments may arrive slightly later. You will be informed about this situation directly by the courier.
All shipments are properly secured, an order placed in our store will be safely transported to the address indicated in the order.
Please unpack the shipment carefully, because our products contain materials that are vulnerable to damage when unpacking carelessly, and a product damaged by the buyer's fault is not returnable.
